Job summary

Century is seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as the primary scoping contact for newly nominated customers within the Implementation team. You will define scope, interfaces, and reporting requirements, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Implementation Specialist.

You will document workflows, data interfaces, and timelines, collaborating with IT, operations, and carriers as needed, while aligning with Sales on pricing and change orders.

Qualifications

• Experience defining scope of work and documenting requirements for complex implementations.
• Familiarity with VIZIV or similar logistics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scoping point for nominated customers within Implementation; define scope, interfaces, and reporting.
• Document and coordinate interface requirements with customer IT/ops teams and third parties.
• Coordinate with Sales to align pricing with scoped services and manage change orders.
• Assemble handoff packages for Implementation Specialists with all artifacts and action items.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Implementations teams.
