Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Scientific Program Analyst in Rockville, MD to support extramural research operations, policy development, and scientific communications. The role focuses on developing and maintaining websites, SharePoint resources, and training materials for NINDS programs.

You will collaborate with operations teams, review workflows, and prepare presentations for leadership while tracking progress and outcomes for sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with strong scientific writing skills.
• Minimum 1 year supporting scientific research programs or extramural operations.
• Experience creating SOPs, guidance documents, or training materials.
• Knowledge of NIH grants, funding mechanisms and extramural processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining website content and online resources.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website content, Teams channels, and SharePoint sites for extramural operations.
• Coordinate meetings and training, maintain resources tracking key issues and actions.
• Prepare SOPs, guidance documents, and training materials for operations.
• Review activities across internal systems to identify issues and improvements.
• Prepare and deliver formal presentations for division leadership.
• Provide progress reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
