Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking Scientific Program Analysts to support NIH research and program management from Bethesda or Baltimore campuses. You will analyze data, prepare reports and briefings, coordinate meetings, and help track milestones, risks, and actions to keep programs aligned with objectives.

The role requires a biology/public health background and at least one year of related experience; strong MS Office skills and the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field as stated.
• At least 1 year of scientific program support or related experience.
• Experience supporting federal agencies or scientific programs.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings.
• Experience developing reports, presentations, and briefings.
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of scientific research programs.
• Analyze information to support leadership decision-making.
• Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, white papers for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, and scientific reviews.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and actions.
• Monitor program performance and pursue process improvements.
• Maintain program documentation and data repositories.
• Assist with policy development and strategic initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support to leadership.
