Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, data analytics/AI or similar disciplines.
• Experience with data analysis and analytical techniques (qualitative and quantitative).
• Ability to identify and define complex administrative or operational problems and develop sound recommendations.
• Experience implementing improvement initiatives in work methods, procedures, workflows, or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods, criteria, procedures, and analytical approaches for program studies and evaluations.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to support program evaluation and decision-making.
• Analyze program effectiveness and identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities affecting performance.
• Develop findings and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and operations.
• Review and evaluate reports to assess status, performance, resource use, and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare and present comprehensive analytical reports and briefings to management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Develop and refine work methods and reporting approaches to improve administration and operations.
• Participate in meetings with program staff and stakeholders to exchange information and present findings.
