Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Program Planning, Analysis, and Reporting Support resource to help NIH meet operational objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Bethesda, MD will develop analytic methods, collect and interpret data, and provide evaluations to guide management decisions.

You will present findings, monitor performance, and propose improvements to processes, workflows, and reporting practices, supporting responsible stewardship of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, CS, data analytics/AI or similar.
• At least 4 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
• Ability to identify complex problems and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide program planning, analysis, and reporting support for NIH objectives.
• Develop methods and analytic approaches for program studies and portfolio reviews.
• Collect, validate, and interpret data to support evaluation and decision making.
• Evaluate program performance, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop findings and recommendations for management action.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for stakeholders.
