You will manage end-to-end searches and maintain clean pipelines in Workday Recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting across more than one talent segment.
• Experience spanning corporate, professional, scientific and technical searches.
• Fluency in scientific hiring and researcher movement, channels, and engagement.
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting (ATS).
• Ability to craft messages that passive candidates respond to and explain why they work.
• Defensible sourcing methodology with non-obvious channels and calibration by search type.
• Self-direction in ambiguous environments and clear communication when priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Source across multiple talent segments simultaneously, building pipelines for corporate, scientific, and operational roles.
• Go beyond LinkedIn, using channels like preprint servers, publication databases, conferences, and niche boards.
• Find passive candidates before a need opens and build pipeline interest.
• Own searches end to end from sourcing to offer, with no handoffs.
• Conduct initial screens to assess interest, qualifications, and mission alignment.
• Keep pipeline clean with accurate stage tracking in Workday and regular updates to hiring managers.
• Deliver real-time market intelligence to shape team search strategies.
• Manage a high-variety portfolio with disciplined prioritization.
