Job summary

Timely is transforming how schools create optimized master schedules with AI-driven guidance and expert schedulers. As a School Success Manager, you’ll guide district and school partners through onboarding, training, and end-to-end scheduling processes to maximize platform benefits.

You’ll own relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and district teams, helping them meet timelines while balancing constraints and priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and owning middle/high school schedules.
• Willingness to work in a scrappy environment.
• Customer success or related experience is a plus (enabling teams to achieve goals).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of schools: guide districts/charter schools to build master schedules, lead onboarding and training, and finalize schedules.
• Own a portfolio of accounts: manage district networks, establish goals and timelines, and align schedules to district priorities.
• Support general operations: share customer feedback with sales, product, and engineering to improve the solution; assist with product demos.
