Job summary

Timely is hiring an experienced product manager to lead the intersection of algorithmic optimization and customer problems in school scheduling. You’ll partner with engineers building and tuning the optimizer, owning strategy from constraints to schedules, and validating improvements with customers.

You’ll balance technical collaboration with product judgment, deciding which optimizer enhancements to pursue, and how to present results to schedulers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS product orgs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand opportunities to improve K12 schedules.
• Dive into optimizer tech to inform engineering decisions and drive accountability.
• ,
• Partner with Engineering to refine optimizer algorithms and orchestration pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering to design experiments and define metrics (feasibility, quality, solve time).
• Define and refine product features that leverage AI and create actionable stories.
• Own end-to-end experience for how schedulers interact with the optimizer.
