Job summary

Timely is seeking a seasoned School Success Manager to lead customer onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing support with district and charter partners. You will guide schools through Timely’s platform to build better master schedules that balance constraints and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules.
• Roll up sleeves in a scrappy environment.
• Desire to work full-time, seasonally from January to July.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of schools: onboard, train, and support schedulers; finalize schedules with complex constraints.
• Own a portfolio of accounts: manage district and network relationships and timelines; support data transfer and integration.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales/marketing and product/engineering to translate customer feedback into improvements.
• Maintain scheduled timelines, track satisfaction, and support renewal efforts.
