Job summary

Timely is seeking a seasonal School Success Manager to partner with districts and schools during peak scheduling season (January–July). You'll guide partners through Timely's scheduling platform, onboarding, training, and ensuring schedules align to priorities.

This role requires 2+ years in middle/high school scheduling, the ability to roll up sleeves, and strong cross-functional collaboration with district teams, IT, and product. It offers full-time seasonal work and potential health benefits.

Qualifications

  • Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules.
  • Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and work in a scrappy environment.
  • A desire and flexibility to work full-time, seasonally, from January - July.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of schools: guide districts through using Timely to build schedules.
  • Lead onboarding and training for schedulers; provide end-to-end support to finalize schedules.
  • Develop strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and scheduling teams.
  • Track success metrics to ensure high satisfaction and renewals; act as thought partner on priorities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues as the external representative of Timely, with engineering support.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts: manage district and network accounts through the customer journey.
