Job summary

Daivergent is seeking a School Partnerships Manager to build relationships with Arizona high schools and lead its school-based, VR-funded Pre-ETS programs, including job exploration, work-based learning, and workplace readiness coaching.

You will be the in-person, trusted presence at schools, coordinate referrals, set up laptops, support students on rollout days, and travel statewide with substantial autonomy.

Qualifications

• Three years of direct experience within the past five years supporting high-school students with disabilities in a special education, transition, vocational, or closely related setting.
• Experience as a special education teacher, transition or Transition from School to Work specialist, job coach, vocational high-school professional, vocational rehabilitation professional, or Pre-ETS staff member preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with special education departments at district, charter, private, alternative, rural, and tribal-community high schools throughout Arizona.
• Meet with teachers, transition staff, principals, district administrators, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and leaders to explain Daivergent’s programs and assess fit.
• Represent Daivergent at schools, offices, conferences, events, and other settings requiring a local presence, including evenings and weekends.
• Move partners from outreach to launch with an organized pipeline and follow-up.
• Secure and coordinate signed referral forms, IEP/504/disability documentation, and enrollment materials.
