Job summary

Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking an Essential Piece Enterprises Program Manager to direct workforce training at the Essential Piece Enterprises center.

You will oversee four community-facing businesses, supervise Job Coaches, and coordinate VR/DDD-supported programs for neurodiverse young adults and interns. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in transition/workforce programming, and strong leadership to drive program goals, budgets, and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in transition and/or workforce programming for older students and adults with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Experience with ABA is preferred.
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with parents, co-workers, and professional contacts.
• Ability to oversee program staff and manage multiple tasks with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participant progress from intake through assessment, planning, employment services, job placement, and closure.
• Promote strengths-based approaches respecting participant choice and goals.
• Develop and monitor program goals, budgets, staffing plans, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with clients and guardians about program goals for students and clients.
• Review program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure documentation, case records, reporting, and data management are complete and accurate.
• Ensure services comply with federal and Arizona vocational rehabilitation requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee and ensure program fidelity of Job Coaches across facilities and studios.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate program staff.
• Collaborate to ensure VR/DDD regulatory compliance and program funding requirements.
• Coordinate with employers and community partners to deliver internships and opportunities.
