Job summary

Discovery Education seeks a Statewide Learning & Career Partnerships Manager to lead strategic discussions with state departments of education and major districts, aligning K-12 instruction with CTE priorities and workforce initiatives.

The role focuses on relationship-building across education, workforce, and industry stakeholders, coordinating implementation, and supporting fundable opportunities. 60% travel required; remote but Nevada-based with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional learning, curriculum implementation, or related areas.
• Background in career and technical education (CTE) or workforce development is strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligning to state and district goals to drive adoption and growth.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with state education agencies, districts, and industry partners.
• Coordinate and deliver implementation activities, professional learning, and technical support.
• Monitor partnership health using data, usage trends, and success metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and account records in Salesforce, Gainsight, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Government Affairs, Product, Marketing, and Support to align strategies and funding opportunities.
