Job summary

Discovery Education seeks a Statewide Learning & Career Partnerships Manager to lead partnerships with state education departments and large districts, aligning K-12 instruction with CTE priorities and workforce initiatives.

You will drive implementation, manage partnerships, and advocate for career-readiness funding opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to meet district goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional learning and curriculum implementation.
• CTE, workforce development, or state priority industry background preferred.
• K–12 education experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent; legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Account: develop strategic partnership plans, build state/district relationships, coordinate implementation activities, monitor health with metrics, document in CRM systems, align strategies with internal teams.
