Job summary

The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation seeks a Business Partnership Manager to lead employer engagement for ElevateEdAZ. You will onboard new business partners, expand work-based learning experiences for high school students, and coordinate internships, job shadows, and educator externships in collaboration with partner schools.

You will support outreach campaigns, manage CRM data quality, and run weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and facilitate events and outreach activities.
• Analytical thinker able to solve problems and identify opportunities.
• Customer service mindset with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ElevateEdAZ Business Partnership Team efforts to establish relationships with businesses for internships and job shadows.
• Meet with current and potential partners to generate internship opportunities for partner schools.
• Facilitate employer onboarding events, meetings, and training for a quality partner experience.
• Develop and refine structures and processes for business engagement.
• Serve as account manager ensuring CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
