Job summary

You will train School Operations Administrators, support Blended Online Solutions (BOSS), and ensure compliance with federal/state laws while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources and HRIS systems preferred.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with school leaders, School Operations Administrators, Finance, HR and Regional Directors.
• Excellent communication skills: oral, written, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional SOAs and school-based SOAs on operational issues.
• Organize and conduct school-based orientation sessions for newly hired School Operations Administrators.
• Serve as a thought partner for Blended Online Solutions (BOSS) regarding operational practices.
• Conduct HR and Operations functions required for various business lines.
• Follow federal and state laws as part of its Business Operations.
