Job summary

Grand + Benedicts Retail Displays is seeking a highly organized Scheduler to join our Supply Chain team in Portland. You will develop, maintain, and communicate operational schedules that align customer demand with inventory, lead times, and warehouse capacity.

You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scheduling, planning, or related supply chain experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's scheduling plan.
• Translate orders, forecasts, and inventory needs into executable schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet customer commitments.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics on priorities.
• Maintain ERP data and generate planning reports.
