Job summary

Barr Brands International is seeking a Warehouse/Supply Chain Planner to create master schedules, production orders and purchase orders to support MTS and MTO demand. Under supervision, you will align forecasts, manage MRP, maintain planning data in Microsoft D365 and ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with demand planning, sourcing and production teams to minimize obsolescence, manage supplier lead times and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business.
APICS CPIM certification preferred.
Experience with Microsoft D365 planning.
Experience with AI agents.
Minimum 3 years in supply chain planning, preferably in a CPG environment.
Extensive knowledge of supply chain best practices, problem-solving and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

Create master schedules, production orders and purchase orders to meet demand.
Review forecasted items monthly and update forecasts with demand planning manager.
Maintain planning parameters in D365 and keep safety stock current.
Manage MRP exception messages and production calendars.
Ensure 98% service level and coordinate with sourcing on shortages.
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes.
