  • Coordinate with Warehouse Operations regarding order priorities, shipping schedules, and workload planning.
  • Work closely with Logistics to support transportation planning and customer delivery commitments.
  • Communicate schedule changes, delays, and constraints proactively across departments.
  • Participate in order-priority and planning discussions when demand exceeds available resources.
ERP & Process Improvement
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and planning information within ERP systems.
  • Review system-generated planning recommendations and determine appropriate actions.
  • Monitor planning data including sales orders, purchase orders, inventory levels, and order commitments.
  • Develop reports and spreadsheets to support operational planning and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, inventory management, and operational processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
