Job summary

Spectrum Painting & Paper Hanging LLC is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our full-time team in New Jersey. You will organize and schedule painting and flooring crews, manage inquiries, and help convert leads into signed contracts while coordinating closely with Operations and field staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, coordination, or construction operations experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of painting or flooring industry is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate painting and flooring crews across multiple sites.
• Answer phones, emails, and inquiries, qualify leads by project type, location, and timeline.
• Allocate labor, tools, and materials based on scope and priorities.
• Schedule site visits for Sales Estimators and optimize routes.
• Communicate schedules and updates with estimators, field staff, and clients.
• Assist in creating proposals, contracts, and estimates.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to address delays.
• Track inventory and procure materials to prevent shortages.
• Maintain records of job assignments, hours, and resources.
• Support post-sale documentation and KPI reporting.
• Provide stellar customer service and manage expectations.
