Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Houston seeks a project scheduler to support High Bay operations within Subsea Services NAM. You will coordinate with engineering, shop leadership and planners to build and maintain schedules for subsea equipment mobilizations and demobilizations.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication and a detail-oriented approach to track backlog and forecast activity, while aligning with capacity planning and customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Operations or related field or equivalent years relevant job experience.
  • Minimum 2 years scheduling experience preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years in Subsea Oil and Gas industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports.
  • Experience with Primavera preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Audit all orders submitted to High Bay for zero defects and clear requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross functional and cross-company stakeholders to identify scheduling conflicts early and implement solutions.
  • Dispatch reviewed orders to work centers within High Bay to meet on-time delivery.
  • Serve as a key communication link between support functions to align on priorities and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with project team to identify milestones, approvals and long lead items.
