Job summary

InterMoor, Inc. in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Planner to own Primavera P6 scheduling across engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, mobilization, offshore installation and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of project planning, scheduling, or project controls experience.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience with resource-loaded schedules.
• PMI Scheduling Professional, AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional, PMP or equivalent desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, WBS development, and progress measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules from award to closeout.
• Create WBS, activity logic, calendars, milestones, baselines, and coding for execution plans.
• Collect progress updates, analyze schedule performance, forecast completion dates.
• Identify critical path changes, constraints, and risks; recommend mitigation actions.
• Maintain resource-loaded schedules and demand forecasts with project leads.
• Provide schedule reports and look-aheads for teams, clients, and leadership.
• Develop Level 1 through detailed schedules as required by projects and clients.
• Load labor and resources into Primavera P6 and forecast demand by discipline and phase.
