Job summary

Saronic Technologies seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and publish the shipyard's IMS across active and planned vessels in Franklin, Louisiana. You will integrate major hull milestones, manage calendars, baselines, and data dates, and ensure a portfolio forecast reflects capacity constraints and resources.

The role requires 5–8+ years in planning/scheduling, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and strong CPM/EV analysis capabilities to support management decisions and recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of planning/scheduling or project controls with integrated/master schedule ownership.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency including multi-project integration.
• Strong CPM scheduling, earned value concepts, and schedule performance metrics (SV, SPI).
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple vessels or complex programs.
• PMI-SP or AACE PSP scheduling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for active and planned vessels.
• Integrate hull milestones from detailed schedules into a portfolio-level forecast.
• Maintain common WBS, calendars, milestones, data dates, and interfaces.
• Ensure schedules reconcile with updates and hull-level milestones in forecasts.
• Model vessel sequencing through production stages and constrained resources.
• Manage shared facilities and resources to reflect capacity limits.
• Identify conflicts, workload bottlenecks, and unachievable capacity assumptions.
• Provide what-if analyses and support management decisions on priorities and sequencing.
• Prepare portfolio schedule reports, dashboards, and recovery-option analyses.
• Maintain schedule change, delay/risk, and milestone-variance records per controls.
