• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 6+ years exempt experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating plans, schedules, costs and manpower.
• Ability to interact with customers, engineering, facilities and program offices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates plans and schedules for new or existing programs.
• Monitors costs, budgets, schedules and manpower requirements.
• Supports negotiations with customers and analyzes resource impacts.
• Formulates corrective actions for schedule and cost control.
