U.S. Oral Surgery Management is seeking a Strategic Scheduler to join our team in Round Rock, TX. You will manage high-volume calls, review medical records and insurance, and schedule patients for multiple surgeons with strong attention to accuracy and patient care.

You will build relationships with referring practices, verify coverage, and support a seamless scheduling process while upholding a high standard of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in dental/medical front office with direct patient service.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and patient communications preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 5-star customer service on patient and referral interactions.
• Maximize surgeon schedules by filling openings and resolving conflicts.
• Manage complex scheduling across multiple providers with varying workflows.
• Explain treatment, appointment, and referral processes clearly to patients.
• Enter and maintain patient data accurately in the scheduling system.
• Monitor schedules and provide feedback to improve efficiency and access.
