You will nurture relationships with referring practices while ensuring accurate data entry and smooth scheduling across providers. The role emphasizes patient access, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service on every patient and referral interaction.
• Maximize surgeon schedules by filling openings, resolving conflicts, and increasing appointment conversions.
• Manage complex scheduling needs across multiple providers with unique preferences.
• Explain treatment, appointment, and referral processes clearly to reduce barriers to care.
• Enter and maintain patient data accurately in the scheduling system with data integrity.
• Monitor surgeon schedules and provide feedback to improve efficiency and patient access.
