Job summary

US Oral Surgery Management is seeking a Strategic Scheduler to manage high-volume calls, review medical records and insurance, and schedule patients for multiple surgeons. You will build relationships with referring practices and ensure accurate, compliant data entry in scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service on patient and referral interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Maximize surgeon schedules by filling openings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high appointment conversion.
• Manage complex scheduling across multiple providers with unique preferences and workflows.
• Explain treatment, appointment, and referral processes to improve patient experience and reduce barriers to care.
• Enter and maintain patient data accurately in scheduling systems; ensure data integrity.
