Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Schedule Management Lead to build and own the centralized scheduling function across the portfolio from concept to turnover.

Based in Pittsburgh, this on-site role requires 10+ years in scheduling and the ability to establish standards, tooling, and data with cross-functional collaboration across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling and project controls on large capital programs.
• Experience building or rebuilding a centralized scheduling function.
• Proven capability to develop concept/preconstruction schedules informing decisions.
• Delivery lifecycle ownership from design through turnover with accountability.
• Knowledge of schedule databases and benchmarking data.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own centralized scheduling for Keel Infrastructure.
• Integrate schedules across contractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Align schedule with commissioning plans and handover dates.
• Develop and roll out scheduling processes, templates, and standards.
• Produce portfolio-level dashboards and schedule risk analyses.
