Job summary

Keel Infrastructure seeks a Schedule Management Lead to establish a centralized scheduling function across its data center and power assets portfolio. You will own the full lifecycle of schedules, from concept through turnover, aligning internal teams and external partners to a single program plan.

You will build the tooling, standards, and data backbone, driving governance and quality checks while delivering dashboards for senior executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling and project controls on large capital programs.
• Experience building or rebuilding a centralized scheduling function.
• Proven ability to develop concept/preconstruction schedules for sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the centralized scheduling function and define its service model.
• Integrate schedules from contractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Maintain the master schedule from concept through turnover.
• Develop standards, tooling, and data for the schedule program.
• Produce portfolio dashboards and narrative reports for leadership.
