Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Schedule Management Lead in New York to own and stand up a centralized scheduling function across the portfolio. You will build the methodology, tools, and data behind the service and run it across projects from concept through turnover.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling with hands-on delivery, mastery of CPM, and deep experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI. Location is on-site in NYC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling and project controls on large capital programs.
• Experience building or rebuilding a centralized scheduling function.
• Experience leading schedules through design, procurement, construction and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the centralized scheduling function for Keel Infrastructure.
• Set up the plan of record for every project and keep schedules centralized.
• Build the scheduling toolset, calendars, structures, and security.
• Define work breakdown, packaging, sequencing, and phasing for each project.
• Maintain a multi-year portfolio delivery plan aligned with capex and resources.
• Own the integrated master schedule from design to turnover and handover.
