Job summary

Keel Infrastructure, based in New York, seeks a Senior Manager, Planning & Scheduling to build and own the centralized scheduling function. You will establish standards, tooling, and processes across the portfolio, working hands-on to deliver schedules from concept through turnover.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling and project controls on large programmes, with expert knowledge of CPM, Primavera P6, and data integration. On-site in NYC with near-term travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional credentials preferred.
• Proven hands-on scheduling experience on large capital construction programmes.
• Experience building or rebuilding centralized scheduling functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the centralized scheduling function for Keel Infrastructure.
• Manage the plan of record for every project in the portfolio.
• Integrate schedules from contractors, vendors, and design teams into a single program plan.
• Deliver execution planning and sequencing logic for each project.
• Maintain the multi-year portfolio delivery plan aligned with capital availability.
