Job summary

Keel Infrastructure in Pittsburgh is seeking a Schedule Management Lead to build and own the centralized scheduling function across a growing data center portfolio. You will design the framework, standards, data model, and tooling, then run the service to coordinate design, procurement, construction and turnover.

This role demands hands-on delivery, proven experience establishing a scheduling capability, and the ability to align multi-project schedules with capital plans, risk, and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling and project controls on large capital construction programs
• Experience building or rebuilding a centralized scheduling function with processes and tooling
• Experience developing concept and preconstruction-stage schedules for capital projects

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the centralized scheduling function for Keel Infrastructure
• Set up and manage the plan of record for every project in the portfolio
• Build scheduling toolset and environment with enterprise structure and calendars
• Define work breakdown, sequencing, and phasing for each project
• Maintain the multi-year portfolio delivery plan against capital and resource constraints
• Develop concept and feasibility-stage schedules for sites and entitlement paths
• Own the integrated master schedule through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover
• Integrate contractor and vendor schedules into a single program plan
• Define schedule processes, templates, and governance
• Build a benchmark schedule database and historical data repository
• Produce portfolio dashboards and senior-level reporting
