VSP Vision seeks an experienced architect/analyst to drive business and application architecture strategy aligned with customer needs. You will guide design, development, enhancements, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, and support of core business systems.

Collaborating with Data, Product, and IT teams, you will own requirements for large projects, oversee vendor relationships, coach team members, and lead end-to-end solution delivery with reporting capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years business or systems analyst experience.
• Experience managing vendors to a contractual agreement with defined service levels.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience planning, implementing and managing process change in an organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms and able to tailor communication to audience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and/or SQL.
• Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot simple to relatively complex systems or process issues and design specific solutions.
• Ability to provide 24x7 global on‑call production support as needed.
• Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business and application architecture strategy based on customer needs.
• Provide project oversight for design, development, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, and support of business applications and systems.
• Lead architectural review sessions and go/no-go decisions.
• Gather requirements for large, complex software implementations.
• Drive strategy from system architecture, processes, and team management perspective.
• Provide vendor management and oversight.
• Coach team members and assist with reviews.
• Analyze complex technical problems and propose solutions.
• Serve as product owner for integrated system solutions and reporting.
• Coordinate data integrity and system changes.
• Provide on‑call support as needed.
