Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a Senior Business Technical Consultant to architect Treasury/SAP and system integration initiatives, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, own design and testing, and provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.

This role requires 6+ years in business or systems analysis, a related degree, and strong Excel, Cognos, and SQL skills, with treasury systems experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years business or systems analyst experience.
• Experience managing vendors to contractual agreements with defined service levels.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and SQL; ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and application architecture strategy based on customer needs and applications.
• Provide project oversight including design, development, enhancements, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting and support of business applications and systems.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide feedback on solutions; oversee go/no-go decisions.
• Gather and refine requirements for large, complex software implementations and drive strategy from architecture and team perspective.
• Serve as product owner in design and implementation of integrated system solutions and reporting.
• Provide hands-on guidance to troubleshoot and resolve issues; coordinate with business partners, IT and vendors.
• Oversee data integrity and coordinate system changes; develop technical procedures and processes.
