Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Systems to own the FP&A technology portfolio and serve as the liaison between FP&A and IT. The role designs SAC planning models, SAP Datasphere data flows, dashboards, and executive reports to support budgeting and forecasting.

You will lead governance with vendors, translate finance priorities into scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and enable timely, reliable delivery of enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in corporate FP&A, financial systems, or enterprise data management.
• 2-3+ years configuring SAC Planning and SAP Datasphere with advanced SAC capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience directing managed-service and development vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the full FP&A systems portfolio and roadmap.
• Partner with finance, Delivery and Data teams to translate needs into system requirements.
• Design and maintain SAC planning models, calculations, and dashboards.
• Architect the financial data layer in SAP Datasphere and integrate SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP sources.
• Lead documentation, training, and end-user enablement programs.
