Job summary

Vistra Corp. in Irving, TX, seeks a Senior Manager – FP&A Systems to own the end-to-end FP&A technology portfolio, bridging finance and IT to deliver scalable SAC and Datasphere solutions.

You will architect planning models, data pipelines, dashboards, and executive reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners, drive governance and delivery quality, and ensure secure, reliable operations across SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate FP&A, financial systems, or enterprise data management.
• 2–3+ years configuring SAC Planning and SAP Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of multi-currency processes and financial statements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience directing managed-service and development vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the FP&A systems portfolio and roadmap.
• Partner with finance, Delivery and Data teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Design and maintain SAC planning models, calculations, allocations, dashboards, executive stories, workflows, security, and data controls.
• Architect the financial data layer in SAP Datasphere, including data ingestion, transformations, analytical datasets, and semantic models.
• Lead vendor performance governance and escalation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Basis, and Infrastructure on capacity, performance and governance.
