Job summary

Kforce Inc in Seattle is seeking an experienced SAP program manager to lead governance across assessment and design for a large-scale SAP implementation, coordinating with executive stakeholders.

You will manage the program charter, roadmap, budgets, and risk reporting, aligning cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, Reporting, Technical, Access Controls, Change Management, and PMO, and communicating status and critical decisions to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in program management or delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program governance and delivery across the assessment and design phases of a large-scale SAP implementation.
• Serve as the escalation point for architecture, SAP, infrastructure, governance, and cross-functional dependencies impacting milestones.
• Manage the program charter, implementation roadmap, deployment approach, schedules, budgets, and quality reporting.
