Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex SAP initiatives and cross-functional programs across regions.

The role requires shaping delivery strategy, governance, and executive alignment, with substantial SAP project management experience in a consulting or SI environment. You will coordinate multi-workstream SAP implementations, manage budgets and risks, and partner with senior IT and business leaders to secure decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related field.
PMI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional and multi-regional projects from mobilization through deployment and benefits transition.
Coordinate cross-regional SAP implementation or transformation projects across countries and time zones.
Define project plans, governance structure, critical path, budget and resources for multiple workstreams.
Manage RAID, dependency, scope and change control; drive mitigation where milestones are at risk.
Provide executive-level reporting and forward-looking insights to enable decisions.
Partner with senior leaders to clarify outcomes and secure alignment to strategic priorities.
Lead consulting partners, systems integrators and vendors against contractual deliverables and quality expectations.
Coach project managers and contribute to PMO capability-building.
