Job summary

Kforce Inc in Seattle is seeking an experienced SAP program manager to lead governance across assessment and design for a large-scale SAP implementation, coordinating with executive stakeholders.

You will manage the program charter, roadmap, budgets, and risk reporting, aligning cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, Reporting, Technical, Access Controls, Change Management, and PMO, and communicating status and critical decisions to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in program management or delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program governance and delivery across the assessment and design phases of a large-scale SAP implementation
• Serve as the primary escalation point for architecture, SAP, infrastructure, governance, and cross-functional dependency issues impacting key program milestones
• Manage the program charter, implementation roadmap, deployment approach, schedules, budgets, and quality gate reporting
• Lead steering committee discussions and communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and critical decisions to executive stakeholders
• Define and maintain clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Coordinate functional and technical workstreams to ensure deliverables, dependencies, and phase-exit criteria are completed on schedule
• Oversee program risks, issues, resources, timelines, and overall delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Partner with functional areas such as Finance, Data, Reporting, Technical, Access Controls, Change Management, and PMO
• Maintain strong communication with senior leadership regarding program scope, timeline, risks, and overall progress

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programs
• Strong program and project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior-level stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills
• Experience working across functional, technical, and business teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
