Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for large, complex enterprise customers. You will guide architecture, integration, and delivery across engagements, while leading teams and mentoring others in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in enterprise architecture, 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects, strong design and security skills, and exceptional communication with C-level and technical audiences.

Qualifications

Eight+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
Four+ years of leading Salesforce Core Projects.
Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture.
Excellent presentation abilities and the ability to defend a point of view to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with rapid learning of new concepts and technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
Excellent listening skills and ability to engage stakeholders across roles.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Resourceful, innovative thinker able to solve problems in complex environments.
Deep experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies for business value.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and teach effectively.
Identify and manage risk areas through resolution.
Negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
Review programs to ensure direction and maintainability.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to meet client needs.
Contribute to program vision and strategies on enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform.
