Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Senior Technical Architect / Technical Architect Director to act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for our largest enterprise clients. You will architect multi-cloud solutions and guide cross-functional teams across architecture, data, and security domains.

You will lead executive workshops, governance, and negotiations while shaping the consulting practice and mentoring talent. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Competenze

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience (10+ years for Director level).
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects (Director level: 2-5 years of direct people management).
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise.
• Strong presentation and communication skills — able to present to C-level and varied audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Agile methodology fluency and a collaborative leadership style.

• Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and adopting emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community's knowledge base and thought leadership.
