Job summary

CORPAY is seeking a Product Manager, Salesforce for its Corporate Payments division. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and investments for Salesforce capabilities used across the sales lifecycle.

You will report to the VP of Salesforce and collaborate with the Product Owner, Architect, Engineering Manager, and Agile Pod to drive outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Remote work is supported in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Manager/PO roles with software teams
• Roadmap ownership for a multi-stakeholder platform
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and platform trade-offs
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and defend a business case for investments
• Experience in Agile environments with Product Owner and Scrum team
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter Salesforce roadmap across sales lifecycle
• Build and defend business cases for major investments including value, cost and risk
• Set priorities across the pillar and decide what enters delivery
• Define success metrics and OKRs and report post-delivery
• Be the single point of product accountability for Sales, Operations, Implementations and Finance leadership
• Translate executive intent into roadmap themes and validate backlog asks
• Partner with Architect on build-versus-configure decisions for priority calls
• Act as Salesforce SME supporting sales, service and implementations
• Represent the pillar in portfolio planning and roadmap sessions
