Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Partner to design and execute recruiting strategies for sales roles across the organization.

You will manage sourcing, screening, and selection processes, partner with sales leaders, and drive a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires building diverse pipelines, leveraging social platforms, and traveling to recruitment events in California as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced, technical environment.
• Full life cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel to California for job fairs and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develops diverse talent pools via social branding, social media platforms, advertisements, networking and referrals.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build viable pipelines.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales roles (Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, Automation Sales).
• Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding with managers and candidates.
• Establish relationships with vendors and external partners; ensure compliant hiring practices.
