Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Partner to develop and execute recruiting strategies for all sales roles within the organization. You will lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection while ensuring compliant hiring practices.

The role requires building diverse talent pools, partnering with leaders, and delivering an exemplary candidate experience across regions, with travel to CA for recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Travel to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns in California.

Responsibilities

• Develops diverse talent pools via social branding, social media, advertising and referrals.
• Leads full-cycle recruitment for sales roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessment.
