Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Builds diverse talent pools via social branding, social media, advertisements, networking and referrals.
• Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for specified requisitions.
• Fluent use of social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities to shift and elevate sourcing.
• Partner with leaders to source and hire for sales roles (Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, Automation Sales).
• Performs as a recruiter for key staff and communicates effectively with managers and candidates at all stages.
