Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced recruiting in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
• Travel to California job fairs and college campaigns on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for all sales roles.
• Build diverse talent pools via social branding, social media, ads, networking, and referrals.
• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Partner with leaders to source and hire for Account Managers, Sales Managers, and related roles.
• Communicate with managers and candidates at all stages, including job offers and acceptances.
