EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting strategies for all sales roles in the organization.

You will ensure compliant hiring practices and partner with leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines, including leadership and sales roles across the enterprise. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, leveraging social networks, job boards, and events while maintaining a focus on diversity and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced, and technical-based environment.
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of recruitment and sourcing through creative means.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Travel is required to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Builds diverse talent pools via social branding, social media platforms, advertisements, networking and referrals.
• Sourcing qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings using multiple sources.
• Full-Cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Fluent use of social media, job boards, and diverse talent communities to promote hiring events.
