Job summary

Vallourec North America is seeking a Sales Support Representative to back our sales strategy and strengthen customer relationships. You will coordinate between customers, manufacturing, and sales to ensure accurate orders and timely quotations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP/ERP and MS Office is preferred, with growth opportunities in a stable, essential industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3+ years of sales support experience in tubular manufacturing, OCTG, or distribution.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience presenting information to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries, quote pricing per policy, and prepare timely quotations and tender proposals.
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders and provide market feedback.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-user customers to promote Vallourec products.
• Enter orders and review contracts to ensure customer requirements are documented.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and support active orders for customer satisfaction.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and process improvements for the sales team.
