Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of sourcing or purchasing experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection, awards, pricing analysis, and negotiations aligned to sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure terms.
• Prepare, analyze, and evaluate RFQs and offers with clear sourcing recommendations.
• Challenge requirements to optimize spend and scope.
• Drive productivity and value-driven sourcing decisions.
• Maintain supplier lifecycle including qualification and performance management.
