Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a customer-focused sales support professional in the Bethlehem area to assist field teams and strengthen client relationships. You will manage inventory of industrial gases and hard goods primarily via phone, answer questions, trace orders, and resolve issues promptly.

You will prepare analyses and materials to help sales understand client requirements, deliver timely solutions, and support proposal development and audits to contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School Diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement.
• Prior experience in sales support or a related customer service role preferred.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Possess excellent communication skills and great attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers independently and alongside sales personnel to strengthen relationships and address customer needs.
• Manage inventory of industrial gases and hard goods primarily via phone communication.
• Provide ongoing support by answering questions, tracing order status or shipments, and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Prepare analyses, agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in understanding client requirements.
• Solve straightforward problems efficiently and deliver timely solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate clearly and ensure follow-up to close open customer needs and maintain satisfaction.
• Make informed recommendations to external customers to support their purchasing decisions.
• Support proposal development, cylinder audits, and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team success.
